Become A Sponsor

Spanning across six days or more, BWiFF showcases over 30 films, filmmaker interviews, special film premieres, and post screening hangouts. Each selected film has one thing in common: a strong, powerful character-driven story.

Films are shown consecutively throughout the event at Classic Cinemas Elk Grove XQ, 1050 Elk Grove Town Center, in Elk Grove Village, Illinois (a close northwest suburb of Chicago). This format allows audience members to experience each selection without having to choose between screenings. BWiFF is proud to have fostered a community of avid movie fans and filmmakers. Attendees can discuss the films with the filmmakers, who are often in attendance at the festival.

Presenting Sponsor will receive prominent recognition for their contribution by having their name included in the event’s official name. All marketing assets will feature the Presenting Sponsor’s logo – including a postcard delivered to over 14,000 Elk Grove Village homes. Additionally, the Presenting Sponsor is provided the opportunity to connect with festival audiences through on-site interaction. In addition to having promotional material on display in the lobby throughout the festival, Presenting Sponsor representatives are invited to have an exclusive sponsor table in the lobby for every night of the festival.

Streaming sponsor will receive recognition for their support at the start of all streaming media on imbibecinema.com and mobile app (available on iOS and Android). Sponsor name and logo will be featured in monthly email marketing to members and recognized exclusively on Imbibe Cinema social media quarterly.

Awards Sponsor will receive the opportunity to have their logo featured on each of the 2025 Blue Glass Awards and have their name included in the award’s official name. During the awards livestream, the Award Sponsor’s logo will be featured on screen frequently throughout the presentation with a link in the description.
